Zen Walking
2025–ongoing

Zen Walking focuses on small, fleeting shifts in familiar surroundings, often along routes I pass through every day.
I am interested in the moment when something familiar loses its usual certainty through light, weather, movement or a passing glance.
I do not set out looking for a particular subject. Repetition and a slower pace make me more attentive to what is easily overlooked. I stop only briefly to photograph; taking the picture remains secondary to the walk, while the later selection is deliberate.
I leave the specific locations unnamed. The images do not explain these moments; they leave the familiar somewhere between recognition and uncertainty.
